DE has very sharp microscopic edges (these sharp edges actually rip open flea eggs or cut up the fleas and this is what kills them) and these edges can cause lung damage if proper precautions are not taken.

They should be viewed under the same microscope, and given the same opportunity, as anyone else.In fact, what makes them BETTER tenants is that they are susceptible to an 'unannounced' home inspection at any time by housing inspectors; and if it is deemed that they are not taking care of your home, housing will issue a stern warning and (if they don't clean-up their act) remove them from the program; in which they can't afford to happen.I have 17 section 8 tenants with an average of 7 years on lease and counting; also, the Veterans Administration has a similar program called 'VA-SH' that you definitely want to consider as well.Thank you !!!!!

The lease ends November 30th this year, about 6 more months.I want to take the property back, repair the damages they've done, clean it, and put it up for sale.My lease is a fixed-date termination lease agreement without any provision for early termination without cause.The tenants don't really like living in the neighborhood because they feel they are being "looked at under a microscope" and "walking on eggshells".

If you mess up your reputation and end up being seen as some screw ball doing weird deals all the time I guarantee you're going to be watched, under a microscope by others and your business can suffer from it as people talk.No, good creative financing arrangements are absolutely not just anything the imagination can dream up that you can get someone to agree to!

Windows and doors need to be completely scraped to bare wood or replaced since they are "movable and impactable" and the movement and impacts will create microscopic lead dust.
