What podcast app should I use to listen to the Bggerpockets podcast?

My current background is in tech & marketing....I hire people to build and sell apps for businesses.

One by email, and a second as in-app message that the user is required to acknowledge.We offer a 20% discount for pre-paying annual subscriptions, and therefore don't offer pro-rated refunds for early cancellations.

I'm still getting familiar with the app and the forums, so please excuse the lack of personalization in my response.

For the property itself I'm guessing it will be a tax loss this year when you include your depreciation and property related expenses (ie loan app, rehab, phone charges, travel, property tax, etc).

You ran the numbers from the app on your phone and sent the information to the other parties and made an offer.

@Aaron McGinnis Exactly what I thought it will be, another useless tool that app developers think works. they are always a dreamer, hoping for the next best thing.

How do you find podcasts on the iPhone app?

I did plan on having her fill out financials on the app so I would determine if she can afford the place or not.
