Doing the dishes now goes unnoticed.

Even if you assign your deal, legally you're supposed to report your assignment fee and the end buyer should 1099 you, although I've NEVER met a buyer who issues a 1099 to the wholesaler, so it goes unnoticed with the IRS.

Wish I could vote for it twenty times, because the highest-value stuff you write depressingly goes practically unnoticed, I've seen. 

It is easy enough for the other side of the wall to contain a cabinet or closet and go unnoticed.

Adding some light might go unnoticed, but adding shrubs where none existed before will probably be noticed and seen as deceptive.

I knew with these people in the neighborhood,not too much was going to go on un noticed in my rental.

That would explain her rental/mtg history and because it's only her qualifying for the new mortgage, the fact that the current residence has been in foreclosure for so long may not be an issue (or maybe it just goes unnoticed).
