I guess it is simply part of the cost of doing a window upgrade.In justification for the better ingress/egress regulation, I have been told it was the result of a fireman having issues evacuating someone out of a unit (so it has good intentions).

The justification for that limit from the BP site operator is that an edit can remove context thus rendering some subsequent posts to seem irrelevant, so they limit the window of time for an edit.

60 days in advance I send a letter thanking them for being a tenant and outlining any increase and the justification in a general sense, costs on x and y have increased with checkboxes on the bottom including one for will not renew.
