You didn’t name a name, but if it is  Fay servicing  if they’re like they used to be get ready to prove you have insurance every other month because they can’t seem to keep it straight.If you ever call them be prepared to be on hold waiting for a live person a looooongggg time.. then if you actually have a live person, hope that they speak good English and understand what you’re trying to accomplish.
