Returning from the shadows!
I've been quiet for quite some time. I was working on a flip in Texas, which turned out perfect due to the timing (purchased in 2019 and sold early 2020 for a profit). Since, I moved to Costa Rica and have been in hiatus (UNTIL NOW).
