One question, if the mortgage is under my personal name and the insurance has LLC as primary named insured and myself as additional named insured, would the mortgage company accept the insurance?

I am planning to transfer couple of rental condo from my name to an LLC, and I am having a tough time locating a insurance agency to buy landlord insurance for the rental condo held by my LLC in MA.Any suggestions?

Insuring the property under your LLC while the loan is still in your personal name can cause issues with your lender.
