You will want to have a locksmith there that day to change the locks so that the tenant can't get back in, or change them yourself after they're removed.The tenant then has 30 days after being locked out to come get their personal belongings.

They called me back and told me they had corrected the error and would serve another notice to the Tenant within 72 hours of the eviction (Sat morning) and it would sstill go thru at the assigned date of Tuesday.Tuesday morning 30 minutes before the eviction, I was driving to the unit as the Sheriff had instructed me to bring a locksmith the break the lock - in case the tenant had changed them, then change the lock as soon as the Deputies had cleared the unit of people.

I would have a locksmith key them the same and also we do have a lockbox with a set of keys hidden at all properties in case of tech failure.However, someone may search this in the future and may not have the same scenario as you and may need two electronic locks.
