The "everyone needs a place to live", along with "they're not making any more" are two dangerous fallacies propagated by people with a vested interest in selling real estate or training.

We all know it exists, but no one knows where to look, fewer even try, and only small minority ever get that lucky.I think the "you need a mentor" propaganda is propagated online by the gurus that want to sell you access to themselves or some other product or service that lines their pockets.Bottom line: Very few people give away anything for free.

Probably a bit different for us as we use management software and are a larger company so we post our ads through that (appfolio) and they syndicate out to X number of sites and then it propagates out from there.

If you have a listing and you are wondering how on earth to get it sold ... typically, you put it in the MLS which then propagates it to all those other sites (zillow etc.) and buyer's agents will find it in their searches for the right property for their clients.
