I think that the Woodlawn area is just going to continue on the up and up and be an extension of the Kenwood / Hydepark area.I am still a Pilsen fan, but I have also noticed that some of the construction on the buildings is not quite the same quality.

Going forward, I would also recommend conducting routine inspections to ensure there is no ongoing damage and if there is, issuing appropriate notices, including a notice to vacate if necessary.That said, it is important to have realistic expectations when renting to tenants with dogs, especially large dogs that some level of property damage is always a possibility.

This typically requires that you send out a notice and follow it up with a posting advising that on a forthcoming date your maintenance team will be arriving to do a property check and if you do not hear from the tenant you will enter the property to assess.If the unit is found to be abandoned you should be able to file a petition with the court for an expedited order granting you a judgment of default and the right of immediate possessionI would consult with an attorney first however this is how we would proceed in my office. .
