Hello all,We have a commercial property on a local highway with a rectangle of grass/some bushes shrubs etc.

Just because a property you may find is good, doesn't mean that you can find many, or even one more property just like it in that zip code.All squares are rectangles, but not all rectangles are squares.

As an extreme example to prove a point, I'm guessing most people in the 1700s wouldn't have believed that our primary means of casual communication would be a small rectangle with a glass cover that travels in our pockets wherever we go.

  - Roof and HVAC, etc. upgraded in 2018- Building relatively easy to re-purpose since appears to just be a rectangle box

No set parking out front.The six square/rectangle buildings at the bottom will be the larger Flex buildings.  70x70 or 70x100. 

The flats are longish 2 bed 1 bath rectangles with a living room in the front, then dining room with a kitchen behind it on the left and the main bedroom (12x12?)
