I just watched a tutorial and it has a skip tracing option that's just a click of a button and it gets the emails and phone numbers, but haven't tried it out myself yet.

They have some very robust models and tutorials on how to use them.

@Angela Russo here is a question:  I just watched an interesting YT tutorial where the presenter actually suggests using REACH to retarget site visitors to bring them back.
