I've been a part of other "non real estate" forums as well and with experience, one learns how to sift through the manure to harvest the worthwhile content.

I have  recruited a few close friend who live in or near  Atlanta GA ,Chattanooga TN and Miami FL, as well as my sister in-law in NJ   and all are keen to help ..This last few days our PI  farm manager harvested and sold some of our crops,  so our PI bank account Is looking very healthy , now we won’t have to dip into our AUS  saving to cover the trip there next month.  

The goal is always to re-harvest all of our initial capital back out of the deal so we can continue to build the portfolio.

Sorry to hear that Steve and thanks for bravely sharing that with others here on BP.I too lost everything back in 2002-2003 (even became homeless and had to move back to my parent's house and live in my old bedroom which of course, my mom painted lavender and pink!) 

Seattle is now #2 in the nation next to SF.I'd start thinking about harvesting. 

I get e-receipts and e-statements whenever possible to cut down on tree harvesting.

Most are 1950's style pink, blue and yellow tile, which i think is awesome. 

You refinance and harvest the improved cashflow!

I'm like ok house is white altho gf would love pink house too much work.
