a few thoughts from managing properties like this in okc-oge often has a rebate program at the start of the year to go to led, saves a ton on conversion-your property tax should be based on not only property value but also the income it generates, there may be room to contest that and lower your taxes. we have worked with an attorney here in oklahoma in the past that specializes in that process.

Paid for the cert and there's literally nothing a landlord can do to contest it.I'm all for people having animals, especially if they help them get through the day.

I had to leave his unethical program, even though we were leading in his sales contests with most signed contracts, once we learned his horrible ethics and his illegal practices with secretly recording calls, fraudulent misrepresentation, and his multi-level marketing gimmicks that he copies from real coaches.

A good attorney should also be up-to-date with the latest legal developments, including any changes in the law that may affect the eviction process, and should have the resources to move quickly in the event that the eviction process is contested.
