Those 5 suits cost me a total of $500, and that was a settlement on the property one where I was either going to pay my lawyer another $1k to appear (this was before automatic awarding of legal fees for frivolous lawsuits) or $500 to settle with no admittance of wrongdoing.

Beth and Chris then changed the contract at the very last moment and the deal fell apart, we offered to go back and complete the original contract and none of the extra that was added, which we were denied.Judge for   yourself where the  wrong doing is

Laws were changed in response to the wrongdoing in the early 2000's, and there is more transparency than there has ever been.Caution is always advisable, but I think the bigger challenge for condos is finding buyers in the future.
