Basically their story is box department stores and apparel is on the way out and they are leasing to new types of tenants.I also think slide 14 does a good job of summarizing the transformation.

So I don't think I'd be happiest just finding deals and not having any part of the transformation of the home.

I'm not sure taking a few classes at the local community college and passing a simple test (forgive me, I'm a licensed engineer) is going to transform someone into a bastion of integrity and honor.Of course I don't think it is ok for someone to take advantage of an old person.  

Hi all, This is my first rodeo in rental business :) I am renovating a 2 units and was wondering if anyone had experience putting Granite Transformations.

Meeting with the project manager, owner & his wife nearly daily to talk about options and changes, and take pics of te transformation. 

What would I need to do to transform this space into a pocket for a dishwasher?

I was wondering if anyone could recommend some software that is helpful, or maybe a company that can take images drawn and transform them into computer images.

Could transform run-down Daytona into the next Anna Maria Island.
