If it goes to court, then yeah you can point out it's an illegal substance.

The author produces the content and BP does spelling and grammar checks, but BP doesn't  fact check the substance of the blog post.

If your a Jurassic slap-a$# like me, you fondly remember the most awesome Granny, calling out the all hype and 0 substance BS burger joint with the iconic phrase "WHERE'S THE BEEF?". 

Some people do it and others don't.As to the substance of things, is your mother-in-law going to present you with a specific opportunity with facts and figures or is she asking you for a blank cheque?
