If only I knew then what I know now, I would insert more into my business plan that diversifies property holding by type, and seeing other methods of deriving income from RE that does not put all my "eggs" in one basket (BTW, this is what I am doing now).Hope this helps, have a good day!

Same w/ the properties I own, again pretty seamless and reasonable expectations set up front.Now, if I was to disconnect the utilities, it'd of been mentioned up front during the walkthrough and I'd of probably said hey if you have problems getting them turned on (due to insert major local event like fires) let me know and we'll take care of it.
