Brandon did a tutorial on setting up a Wix website.

Those pieces of literature opened my eyes and showed me that there is a better way of living that doesn't involve working 40 hours a week building someone else dream for them, so i decided to dig deeper into learning about  real estate and watched tons of you-tube tutorials when I came across wholesaling.

There should be PLENTY of step by step tutorials here.After you have a good basis of knowledge, seek out an investor friendly Realtor. 

@Bryan Drury thanks for the advice, and yes I want to stay away from student loans, but my issue is that I have no one to help me to help them on their Rehabs, but I believe that I just have to be confident and have patience and be taught by the online YouTube tutorials, thanks.

While I can't dedicate the time to teach you everything (the forums, tutorials, podcasts etc can do that) I am here to answer the more advanced questions.
