The burning desire for real estate may just quite be in my blood OR it could be me witnessing the perks of collecting rent for a living - traveling for months at time and playing poker.

I read this post, shook my head after rolling my eyes and wondered how come I've never up with the brilliant idea of getting real estate investment advice from my doctor while he taking my blood to check my cholesterol level. 

I am thankful for finding this site and its amazing members who take the time to share their real world knowledge of real estate.I have recently just passed my Illinois Broker's examination and will be looking to find a sponsoring broker or a real estate investment company in Chicago that is looking for some young and eager blood.

I know this business is far from easy and so I am ready to devote my blood, sweat and tears into becoming a successful investor.

Kind of like paying a doctor to take blood, or give routine shots.

Good going SF gov, keep making housing a blood sport, and you wonder why prices are so high and housing is so limited.

The banks will have to be puking up houses, there will be blood in the streets and nobody will want anything to do with real estate.

Another tenant in a historically solid-return building but in a terrible neighborhood is a Section 8 tenant but is apparently involved in a gang (bloods or crips) and is causing other neighbors to leave.
