I look at it similar to a law of physics like gravity....It almost can't not happen.But I was wrong once......

If the whole system is such a frail little whisper than it NEEDS to come falling down, if that's it's gravity than it needs to hurry up and happen.

Unstable ground under and gravity is the blame.

So far, at least, the median listing price continues to defy gravity.

I've used Lowes Valspar 4000 eggshell Gravity in 12 or so SFHs.  

You can see this is already having an impact in the Gravity and Gravity 2 project.

Hey JimThanks for the input.I met with an engineer to confirm the topography is suitable for gravity feed to the sewer line and that the site can support some type of subdivision, i.e. streets, infrastructure, etc. 

I have installed several on-demand systems in the majority of our rentals for both convenience & gravity exhaust safety.

Preserve and protect your rental while waiting for authorities.Get a dehumidifier running with gravity drain to a sink, ASAP. 

Broken pipes will leak, but if the water is shut off, they will only leak the amount of water that they are holding and that gravity forces out, which is quite a small amount.
