Franklinton has been seeing lots of developments like the completion of Gravity Phase 1 and phases 2 and 3 on the way.

I’m not sure he understands the gravity of what he has done.

Time for much more or "any" Due Diligence as Gravity ie the 10yr Yield will be much less forgiving.  

I am aware Franklinton had big projects like Gravity 2.0 but I often see mixed reviews about that project and I am not sure if its still a good area?
