So a couple months reading BP, and have a question for you, that has been covered before in passing many times, but thought maybe a thread that compiled the collective consensus would be a good idea? 

Currently compiling staging bids over the next 2 weeks, with staging in place right after the 4th of July weekend.

I am really considering starting some kind of small business providing some of the training on finding and funding good deals by compiling the many ways that i found deals, and what led to them.

You are also concentrating on a speciality market, multi family ,which also narrows competition.Also begin compiling a list of properties and find a realtor to show you some property This way yo will get a feel of arv,mv, and how to price repairs etc

While you are educating yourself, compile a group of professionals for a team that will work for you. ie. accountant, lawyer, realtor, contractor, banker etc.

Am compiling a spreadsheet with terms, bank names, etc.  

Newbie here trying to compile a lease for a house in PA.

I also do "drive for dollars" and have compiled those run-down/vacant properties I see into a list, and searched for the owner names and addresses through the town tax assessor websites.

This is a list I'm compiling of suggested skip tracing software/sites that I've read here on BP.1.

It seems like in this book he's using a compilation of different authors.
