I was trying to appeal to the next generation with more app-based management rather than phone calls and emails.  

Are the rentals I see on apps like AirBnb simply flying under the radar?

Basically does it all and the customer service and response time on the in app or online chat is insanely fast. 

We offer a couple subscriptions, but no "sports channels" outside of the Fox, NBC, and CBS apps on Roku, but they still need a subscription to watch anything. 

The only thing I will say that I wish they offered within the app that they don't is a way to track mileage.
