There is a severe lack of supply when it comes to affordable housing.It’s remarkable to see how it can transform someone who is homeless and being able to help restore their dignity has been a spiritual return that is “priceless”.I’d like to see the VA do more community outreach at local REI meet ups.

It had made an amazing transformation in many neighborhoods. 

Be able to transform the community where I live into a better one by transforming houses that are already forgotten, decaying, etc. into something new (appealing to the eyes, enhancing the beauty of the neighborhood, etc). 

Financial freedom is a big part of it; taking ownership over my time is also part of it; but also figuring out how I can shape and transform my community.
