THe low hanging fruit from past is definitely gone but there are still tons of opportunities out there, especially in the NPL space.

I'm new to the wholesaling land space, currently doing the builder-first strategy where you build relationships with builders, get their criteria and the price they typically pay for infill lots, then use that to set my offer price with the landowners.

I have been investing and working with other investors in the New Construction space for over 2 years now and I have found that there better deals out there.I would be happy to go through the numbers that you have and compare them to other off market deals that i have worked on. 

I’m motivated, reliable, and eager to build long-term relationships in the real estate space.

I do not have first hand knowledge of those particular companies but every national company in the STR space has either burned myself, a client of mine, or has burned someone on this very forum.
