If you do, and you're buying the home at a deep discount (as is the typical wholesaler's way of doing business), wholesaling is a violation of that duty, since you're not working in the seller's best interest.Not that I disagree with your last point, but I might argue that whatever a home sells for when a wholesaler sells it, is probably close to the top dollar it can get.
