I believe there are a few tenants already in one of the buildings in particular that are well-to-do enough to consider a purchase.Perhaps the qualified house-hackers that are ready to buy already have their searches zeroed in with their agent.I like the supplemental social media blasts - might be best directly at the local investor groups unless you have other suggestions.
