It visually allows you to see some interesting trends.

Formulate a definite plan, have faith in yourself and your ability to achieve what you want, feel and see yourself doing it (visual motor rehearsal), then take action!

Roof age and condition: Create a visual checklist to use during a showing for signs of moisture intrusion or past/active leaks and make every attempt to gain access to attic/roof sheathing.

The leak was verified visually, or a moisture meter read above the recommended dry range of 14%.

You can usually do at least a visual inspection of the exterior.

Second to that I like the privacy fence suggestion - blocking the visual contact of the dogs to people at your property will definitely help some.  

I thought the UX and interface was super easy though and I really liked the data visualizations, but some of the features are only applicable to entire house rentals and not shared rooms which is a bummer.

Now if there are no visual signs and the home inspector says its fine, I wouldn't go any further with it.
