I read one of your comments that finding buyers will be the easy part, once the numbers are compiled and a solid deal is put together.

But the biggest one, as Nathan notes, is that it is an incredible amount of work for whoever is trying to compile this info and there very few people willing to pay for.  

You will need to start compiling soft cost numbers to show investors too.

I have two questions since I'm new to this. 1. when I get there & I'm looking up info. are all the probates (lets say for the last 3 months) compiled in a list or is each decedent's name found on seperate/individual pages and I have to generate my own list?

I work quite a lot, so paying for a service that compiles data is what I'm looking for.
