On a macro level, it's important that people can dispute fraudulent payments, because fraud happens, so it's not an inherently bad thing that banks support a payer's ability to dispute a claim.

We’re playing a long game that requires us to look at 3, 5, 10, even 25 year trends, and although what the macro-market is doing now affects your acquisition strategy it doesn’t need to affect your existing portfolio. 

This company built macros that bring the data into Excel and help automate filtering lists for liens and deeds.

So I’ve seen the micro changes in Detroit that have become macro.

You can then give the noisy tenant a notice to non renew a couple of months from now.

Also, I think the various DST asset types and regions, has required that I learn about and pay more attention to micro/macro-economic conditions and regional RE Investment variables that I did not focus on, in the past.

Mainly just trying to connect with other investors on here and potentially connect with them offline to get a sense of macro/micro market trends. 

I guess I was speaking more on general terms on a macro-level from a market fluctuation standpoint.

This includes having team members that specialize in each specific part of the process, spotting macro trends quicker, and buying consumables, furniture, and other services in bulk.
