LOL It's funny how desperate some young people just looking after looking at 7.5% mortgage rate.It's also funny some BP bloggers are complaining home price is too expensive but they want to purchase all those houses LOLIn any scenario, residential value can only go up in medium long term because it's the only hard-asset available.

Thank you guys Im going to follow your advices and I'm going to try to learn as much  as possible from you and the postings from BP bloggers.

My question is do anyone of you have any advice, know of any books/websites/bloggers, know of any mentors here in the Houston area, or just have any comments to offer to myself and others in my position?

I followed Brandon's books, blogs, podcasts, and the BP blogger's tips and advice to negotiate and it all worked out.
