Has anyone ever compiled a ranked list of these books?

Even at a contractor level, I wont compile a material list of all of it.

Or let the house sit vacant through July and starting the lease August 1st, giving me a chance to take my time prepping  and compiling the right prospective tenants?  

It has some prepays too.I dont know of anyone compiling a list of HML's or their rates. 

I compiled all paperwork in the case and hired a property lawyer to take the case to court and receive a judgement against the tenants.

I have to go compile a list of questions that are eating at me now.

Compile that list of phone numbers and call them all when u have a property to sell...because they all "buy houses"

I would like to get your feedback about the information I've compiled to do it the right way and efficiently. 

I guess if you want to start out, it might be worthy to explore virtual assistant positions as a side hustle for real estate companies - help them gather data, compile customer data, etc.
