I think it would also be important for individual investors to hold on to more cash in the event of a recession, but that doesn't mean to hoard it or stop investing altogether; just increase the reserve amount a little.

Give 100% cut to an exp agent and that would still be a lower income than 50% to a Compass agent, and we know that those splits are not what the actual average is.The fact that you are so adament that agents who sell $1.4m make more money than agents who sell $7m, tell me that EXP is a cult, because you are completely abandoning reason and math altogether

It also is helpful to have a California LLC in case you ever sell that property and move into another state so that you do not need to form a new LLC altogether with new operating agreement, just re-register in the new state as a new foreign LLC.
