I'm a nurse, and as much as I love medicine, I don't looking forward to retiring at 80, lol. 

I will be staying in the city for 4-5 more years to complete a residency and then I would like to move back to South Florida.I enjoy practicing medicine very much but I have been interested in RE investing ever since I picked up some Robert Kiyosaki books in early high school.

A property manager is an easier way of relieve one's head aches.  

After a couple years of getting settled back in the real estate game, I plan to go full-court press, with a goal to get out of medicine by the time I'm 45 and only working when I want and doing medical missions (I'm 33 now).
