I will be staying in the city for 4-5 more years to complete a residency and then I would like to move back to South Florida.I enjoy practicing medicine very much but I have been interested in RE investing ever since I picked up some Robert Kiyosaki books in early high school.

Hi Andy, savings accounts or interest-earning checking accounts with a decent APY (1.8 %- 2.2 %) don't usually offer same-day wire transfers or limit you to $25K or 2-3 days ACH and no cashier's check.
