The ideas I've heard include attending an upcoming Note School for investors in Asheville, talking with hard money lenders to pick their brains, checking into tax lien/tax deed sales, and finding experienced partners that may be willing to let you "look over their shoulder" while they're going through a fix and flip, so you can learn, as a silent financial partner.

It takes a couple times to get your balance down, but I can literally go for over an hour where I can't go for more than 30 minute watching tv.Madden keeps me excited and completely engaged, I don't even think about working out.I also try to lift twice a week in my home, but I hurt my shoulder two months ago and I haven't been able to lift much at all.I always try to stop at a grocery store instead of fast food.

And by the way, if 8.5% rate is such a chip on your shoulder, then simply don't do 8.5%, do 6%, or 5%.
