I am such a visual learner and have done a lot of reading thus far but would love to actually see the process in action.

You'll have to make do with visually inspecting the roofs from the ground as you won't likely get the option to inspect the roof.  

The properties appear to be in fair condition from outside and inside visual observation but cosmetic work is needed in my opinion to maximize rents (more formal due diligence is required also).The owner acknowledged the house was up to date on taxes and mortgage payments.

With a lot of open space, people have challenges in actually visualizing how the space works.

When they looked with the camera, the line was still full of water and he couldn't get a good visual and suspected a collapsed/damaged pipe. 

I have a whole home inspection scheduled that will include visual mold, and radon inspections as well.
