If the humidity is as bad as you say it is then the bag will fill really quick and show them, in a visual way they can't ignore, that they're inviting problems by not changing their habits.

Maybe it's your own listening brain that gets bored - just be ready and also do #2.2) Make sure your dataset is sorted in order it will be called so you're not doing rapid visual searches while she's speaking, especially considering many properties will have dropped off the list.

@Roy Assaf ,All marketer marketing and hype aside.....1 Absolutely agree with @Michael Quarles  that yellows are the wrong approach for multifam....especially in Brooklyn. 2 Sample size is small, but to get ZERO calls, not even a "go to hell" or "I'm gonna shoot you in the head"....there's definitely something wrong.I assume you've checked all the basics, actually visually inspected your RTS to make sure everything is printed properly and phone number legible?
