I use Google Calendar for this because I find it to be the easiest and it's free, all you need is a Google account.After putting your most important daily events on your calendar you now have a visual of the time frames you have to be an agent.

I attended many local REIA meetings and property tours which inevitably helped me visualize. 

I’m supposed to go to Indy in 2 weeks to visually inspect the grounds and interiors of the homes with the broker and a mobile home contractor. 

I’d say don’t call me unless the building is visually on fire !

Generally you have them do a visual inspection as well.

This helps to assure vendors are being conscious of unusual issues at property, the PM company who I'm sure doesn't see the property in person as much as you think has visuals to see if say a bike is laying in yard and landscaper just mowed around it or trashy, and if you see those issues in report without comments it was taken care of express your displeasure the PM company isn't doing job to your standards.
