I simply tell them they can go to any XXX bank branch and deposit rent into the checking account for "my business name" ending in #### (give them last 4 digits of the account).This might not be 100% fool proof, but it beats a PO Box or manually collecting rent.  

Make sure your numbers are foolproof on the construction loan.

Just because section 8 is basically guaranteed rent, that doesn’t make it great or fool proof.
