If I were to do it again, I'd make sure I stuck with known plans/designs in the area as we'd know for sure it's 100% meets building codes and requirements.- I tried to cut costs and run the subcontractors myself (I had a contractor's license) but I ended up letting some of the subs run the project at times since I had other projects/job at the time and this ended up backfiring.
