If so - could do 10 5-6 hour days each - we would try to get at least 1-2 stays completed at 1-2 nights each with air bnb bookings- if the seller is OK closing on the 19th but wants to stay a bit longer - could we do a 7 night stay for them after closing if they book direct with us? 

Personally, I'd be airing on the side of caution on this one if this were my client given the different uses (LTRs and STRs.

Anything much higher usually has a catch (block, collections, condition, etc.).Neighborhoods: Near Eastside, Martindale-Brightwood, Twin Aire can all work but are very block-by-block.

So we custom built a solution within air table to help us with this as we have an internal project manager on our team. 

You could also add an ERV (but that gets pricey) to bring in outside air to that unit as well.

I had a similar experience recently and rather than renting an ozone machine I purchased an air purifier to run in the effected areas and Airbnb reimbursed me for this expense.
