If so - could do 10 5-6 hour days each - we would try to get at least 1-2 stays completed at 1-2 nights each with air bnb bookings- if the seller is OK closing on the 19th but wants to stay a bit longer - could we do a 7 night stay for them after closing if they book direct with us?

Anything much higher usually has a catch (block, collections, condition, etc.).Neighborhoods: Near Eastside, Martindale-Brightwood, Twin Aire can all work but are very block-by-block.

I had a similar experience recently and rather than renting an ozone machine I purchased an air purifier to run in the effected areas and Airbnb reimbursed me for this expense.

It's certainly nice @Jay Hinrichs although my opinion is biased by my home market and the things we have in the price range is a fair bit of difference: https://www.zillow.com/community/evanswood/452295817_zpid/ and yeah, that pic is not a whopsie, indoor sport-courts a popular thing here.
