So you may only have the 'conflict of laws' issue when attempting to deal simultaneously in Europe, Middle East, Asia etc. but some multinationals have no problems navigating these barriers.Regarding broker dealers not being able to clear trades, perhaps it might have something to do with the particular transaction?
