Between Oct 2021-Oct 2022 ( data for the most recent 12 months) official industry layoff figures shows: construction (845,000), retail (838,000), healthcare (742,000), Government (475,000), Finance & Insurance (152,000) etc....But none of this has anything to do with the fact that if a lender gave buyer an approval then subsequently fires a loan officer in the midst of transaction closing, that is not grounds to send buyer/seller a denial letter a day after closing was supposed to happen.

It seems the older we are we have to maintain (never sell) certain property because it creates an indirect saving... vegas is not that cheap anymore.. 300k is OK but in my mind not the greatest I think more like 500k to 750k is what you need to find a decent place in vegas. see that doesn't even make sense financially, it seems it's more viable to stay local with DSCR 1 or if want to leave to save money, just leave the country for good.Costa Rica LOL :-) Portugal and join Clayton Morris he was the smartest guy in the room his strategy of basically stealing millions and decamping to Portugal were the cost of living is lower .. and much safer and better health care than any thing south of the border Plus all of Europe at your beck and call.
