@Mike LarryAt this point it sounds like your in a holding pattern unless you want to keep finding great deals and wholesaling them to get more capital.

Look up the addresses and you will start to see patterns, by the time you get 5 or 6 pages in you will start to be able to eliminate some before doing extensive digging.

Lead paint has a distinctive flaking pattern compared to modern paints.

I am also debating if I should use the same Rigid Core LVP on the stairs match instead of carpeting it for ease of cleanup and not having to vacuum but keeping in mind that it is light wood grain pattern quite taupe in color ) would that show stains & dirt fast?

@Jeff DufordNo most tenants can barely dress themselves .I’ve toured some apartments before where the tenant not only dId a terrIble sloppy job but ruined laminate floor because they wouldn’t use the drop cloth and the paint got down in the flooring textured pattern on the planks .
