Number two, get professional liability insurance and number three get cyber liability insurance for the PM company also (very prone to cyber attack due to all the money you collect monthly). 

I see another terrorist attack (hope this doesn't happen) on the U.S. soil bigger then 9/11.

Even though property 2 had nothing to do with the plaintiff's injury, the plaintiff would still be able to attack that property.

Is he helping you set up proper structure and a business plan, or at least a plan of attack to become a well rounded company that can pursue investments while limiting risks?
