School is great but I've found a wealth of information from bloggers and NYTimes best selling authors who've shared valuable advice.

I have been a blogger for BP for over a year now which is hard to believe!

In my mind, a guru could simply be someone who teaches, thus most of us bloggers could be considered a guru.

I'm an entrepreneur,  blogger,  podcaster, and  photographer from Seattle. 

I found my way to the site through a handful of bloggers in the financial independence/early retirement community.

I see many posts from bloggers and others who advise newbie investors to seek funding from people wishing to passively invest in real estate.

Consider collaborating with local influencers or travel bloggers for exposure.Local partnerships: Connect with local businesses, wedding venues, or event planners for potential referrals.Targeted advertising: Use Facebook/Instagram ads to reach potential guests interested in Smoky Mountain getaways.Seasonality strategy: Adjust your pricing and minimum stay requirements based on local events and peak seasons.Long-term rental mix: Consider mixing in some medium-term rentals (1-3 months) during off-peak seasons for more stable income.Have you tried any of these strategies?

My personal favorites are the case studies that bloggers post about pertaining to the deals they're working on.

The only way to build high-quality links is to hustle and contact other bloggers, authority sites, or podcasts yourself.
