Or did I get anything wrong?

Hello fellow brokersI passed my exam the other ( it was very challenging ) i would love to figure out exactly which ones i got right and wrong.

(if it's more than a couple years old, take what they say with a grain of salt, much of the advice will be simply wrong)Do a bunch of searches on BP for forums, blogs, articles and podcasts on rehabbing and flipping.

Please correct me if I am wrong. 

By the way, the house wouldn't even be able to be sold for $1000, let alone what this person paid for it.This company has quite a few complaints of wrongdoing against them on the internet if you do a search on Property 23.It all goes with doing your due dil.

But when things go wrong, do you have the skill set and expertise to foresee far-reaching consequences, make the right calls, problem-solve, and protect yourself?

If you think I am wrong, do the rehab yourself and sell post rehab.  

The biggest thing I see new investors struggling with is gathering relevant information for their analysis - most assume figures they can't or don't want to put the effort in to find and that assumption ends up being wrong. 

Lots of things can go wrong  Does your policy cover sewer back up ?

Or am I thinking of it wrong?
