There might be a bit of a learning curve, but there are tons of you tube tutorials out there.

He has a nice trust kit with a tutorial and forms in MS Word format.

I am now trying to find the best tutorials on YouTube for QuickBooks with rentals specifically. 

There are so many great features regarding tenant management, managing budgets for rehabs, keeping track of everyday bills, etc that it is hard to go into on a forum post because it would be a long read.Also, something to consider is that buildium has excellent customer service and very easy to understand tutorial videos when you have questions about how to use a certain aspect of the software.Between myself and my business partner we own and manage around 150 units give or take here in CT and we never have any issues with the software not performing when we need it to.

If you're motivated enough, you'll find a way.Watch YouTube videos, read books, Google 'how-to' articles, look up tutorials, and get out there and DO it.

I have a tutorial on how to do the voicemail but I'm not a Pro member on here yet so I don't think I can link to it, if that changes I'll see if I can edit this post.
