The monetization business is a BUSINESS. 

Focus on one affordable market you know well and build a repeatable system to find off-market deals and monetize them (House hacking, Wholesale, or Flip).

But you know of a redevelopment starting, and all projections are for monetization to increase 20% over next 3yrs.  

I am not aware of anyone who solves problems in a lasting way without a cash-flow positive business.Competitors and other solutions will have to monetize, eventually, in one of the following ways:- Make money raising capital themselves, and therefore be another GP (Fund of Funds)- Make money raising capital for sponsors - Make money serving LPs by charging LPsThe free components of PassivePockets will be supported by advertising dollars from sponsors.

A better question might be "how can I leverage and monetize the skills that I have or can learn?".

VRBO will get there too if they get enough market shareEnshittification is when an online platform becomes more monetized and less user-oriented the longer it lasts.

So we work highly strategic to liquidate at retail between yr5-7, passing the cap-x hot potato, getting the monetization of nearly new, and tapping the tail of the red-hot demand before it wains because progress moved on.
